We create custom web applications and every project is a little different. We have created a shortlist of questions that we get asked from time to time. These are great questions to ask any web agency, not just us.

We started Birdeye in 2008 and we have been designing, programming, hosting and maintaining websites for over 10 years.

We use a multitude of coding, scripting and styling languages when creating a website and our platform of choice is Drupal. When applicable, we always recommend Open Source technologies so that at the end of the day, your web application is 100% your property. Languages that we are proficient in include PHP, JAVA, JavaScript, SASS, CSS and HTML. 

We will create a staging environment where we will develop your web application. We will give you credentials to review our progress and we will meet routinely throughout the project to review our progress. We utilize an iterative-style workflow that allows us to develop and deploy sections of your website in stages. Our version control process ensures that we are deploying tested and production-ready code—getting it right the first time.

We do our best to ensure that you have one point of contact here at Birdeye. Each project receives a dedicated person whose sole purpose is to communicate with you and answer your questions. We worked with the SmithFoods team to create a website application that utilizes CRM technologies, content automation and editing workflows to create a fantastic user experience. The Ruggles website is more than just a marketing tool, it is a customer relationship manager! 

Walnut Creek Foods tapped Birdeye to help them create a great-looking wholesale website that connects to their internal ordering system. We evaluated all of the internal processes affecting the website, and we developed a system that improved security, reduced maintenance costs and established cloud-based functionality for their customers.

P. Graham Dunn serves both retail and wholesale customers and they needed a site that worked for both. We programmed their online store to offer special pricing and custom checkout experiences for retail and wholesale customers. In this case, one Birdeye site completes all the functions of two regular websites. This platform is a great example of how a website can serve more than one target audience with dynamic, context-based data.

E-Pak's product offerings are always growing and expanding. Every year their engineering team develops new and innovative trailer products, and they needed a site that could reflect this fast-paced manufacturing business. We worked with the E-Pak team to create a site that made updates easy and content management simple. 

We worked with the Rain Drop Products team to create a website application that utilizes DropBox's API services and content automation to ensure that the website is always current with their latest projects. By centralizing the management of their digital platforms, they are able to publish a ton of content very quickly.

As a national brand, the ChemSpec USA team needed a site that empowered their sales representatives while staying true to their visual identity. Requiring stunning displays that showcased their products, we created a web application that features big bold images. Coupled with password-protected features, this website is a secure and robust digital marketing platform.

We worked with The Bellevue Hospital team to create a multi-site environment that grants editing capabilities to each of their department supervisors. The multi-site platform includes an employee portal, e-commerce and fundraising platforms. As with all projects, accessibility was a top priority and the multi-site platform works well with all devices, including assistive technology.
